§ Mr. AMMONThe rating of engine-room artificer, fifth class, is confined to engine-room artificer apprentices on passing out of His Majesty's Ship "Fisgard." No recent change has been made in the conditions, which are to be found in Appendix XVII, Volume II, of the King's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions.
