§ Mr. JOHNSTONI am informed that the Department of Health for Scotland expect shortly to receive the report on the River Tweed by the Advisory Committee on Rivers Pollution Prevention, and that the committee's report on the River Esk is in course of preparation.
§ Mr. TRAINDoes the hon. Gentleman recognise, in the light of yesterday's debate, that this is a very important matter; and will he do what he can to have this report as speedily as possible?
