I beg to move, in page 30, line 13, to leave out the words "complain to him in writing," and to insert instead thereof the words: or— (c) in the case of a small burgh within the meaning of the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1929, the medical officer of health of the county; intimate in writing to the medical officer of health of the authority. This Amendment implements an undertaking given in Committee.
