§ Mr. P. SNOWDENI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave on the 12th December last to the hon. and gallant Member for Hexham (Colonel Clifton Brown), and to the discussions which took place on this matter during the Debates on the Finance Bill of 1928.
