§ Mr. W. GRAHAMThis proposal, with others for new lighthouse works, will be considered at a Conference to be held on the 7th February between representatives of the Board of Trade, the General Lighthouse Authorities and the Advisory Committee of Shipowners, Underwriters and Merchants, after which a decision will be reached.
