SMITHAs was indicated in the reply to a question put by the hon. and gallant Member on 4th March, the information supplied by the National Association of Packing and Wrapping Paper Makers does not cover the total output of dutiable wrapping paper. The figures available, which relate to the out, put of firms whose returns in 1924 covered about three-fifths of the total output of such paper, show the following variations in output in the course of 1929:
