49. Mr. PALMER(for Mr. MILLS) asked the Minister of Health if he is now able to state the present position regarding incorporation; and whether the application of the urban district council of Dartford is likely to be heard in the near future?

Friend is informed that petitions before the Privy Council, including that from Dartford, are now under consideration. It is not possible at the moment to say when an inquiry into the position from Dartford will be held.
