§ Mr. MONTAGUEAs regards the first part of the question, four mooring masts have been erected for the express purpose of mooring R 100 and R 101. They are situated, respectively, in this country, at Cardington; in Egypt, on the Suez Canal, 2½ miles from Ismailia; in India, 10 miles from Karachi; and in Canada, at St. Hubert, four miles from Montreal. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative.
