can we have some explanation of the Bill?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the ADMIRALTY (Mr. Ammon)

This Bill is not controversial, but is simply intended to put people in the Navy on the same lines in making wills as ordinary citizens.

I want more information about what it is doing, and I think the House is entitled to have that information. Though I do not wish to oppose it in the least, I should like—
