§ Miss BONDFIELDAt 4th November, 1929, there were 37,866 persons on the registers of the Employment Exchanges and Juvenile Bureaux at Liverpool, as compared with 35,257 at 5th November, 1928. The figure for 4th November, 1929, includes the Exchanges at Royal Street and Canning Place, which were not open on 5th November, 1928.
