Mr. ROBERTSThe Ministry have supplied tricycles for mechanical propulsion to the number of 2,184, at an original cost of £25 to £30 a piece. The Ministry defray expenses of upkeep of the vehicle as supplied by them on the basis of fair wear and tear at a cost of close upon £5,000 a year.
