Mr. A. HENDERSONMr. Marcus Daly brought his case to the notice of my predecessor, and certain information has been received from His Majesty's Consul at Boma, to whom Mr. Daly also appealed. I would prefer, however, to make no statement on the case at this stage, as there are several points connected with it which require further investigation.
