§ Mr. N. BUXTONThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. In reply to the second part, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to a similar question by the President of the Board of Trade on the 30th October, of which I am sending him a copy. The hon. Member will see that it is not the intention of His Majesty's Government that the provisional agreement with the Argentine Government should operate to the detriment of home producers.
