Friend's statement in Debate on the 1st May, in which he said that the Report in question is having his personal consideration, and that he hopes to be able to make a decision in regard to its publication before very long.

Mr. MORRISONasked the President of the Board of Education whether he is now able to state the intentions of the Board towards the Mental Deficiency Report; and whether, with regard to the recommendations which do not require legislation, he proposes to take any administrative action before the close of the present Parliament?
