§ 15. Mr. KELLYasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether Indians in Malaya are included under the Workmen's Compensation Act passed by the Federal Council on the 30th January last; and what is the necessary residential qualification for Indian immigrant labourers under the Act?
§ Mr. AMERYI have not yet received from the High Commissioner copies of the Enactment, but I will send the information to the hon. Member as soon as I do. The Bill as originally drafted applied to Indian as to other labourers.
