asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his attention has been called to the action of the colonial secretary and chief of police at Gibraltar in confiscating all copies of the newspaper "Hojas Libres"; has this action had the approval of the Colonial Office; and what steps are being taken to prevent this restriction of the freedom of the Press?
