§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINThe captain, officers and crew of the "Tritonia" were detained by the Colombian authorities for the purpose of an inquiry into the cause of and responsibility for the explosion. The crew were allowed to leave Buenaventura on 7th March, and the captain and officers on 8th March.
