§ The SECRETARY of STATE for DOMINION AFFAIRS (Mr. Amery)I have no recent information with regard to the position beyond that which has appeared in the Press. As has already been explained in reply to previous questions, the provisions of the Treaty do not come into force until the exchange of ratifications.
