§ Mr. H. WILLIAMSThe investigation into the accounting procedure of the Enemy Debts Department, to which my light hon. Friend referred in his answer to the lion. Member on the 4th December, is now complete. The Report of the officers who carried out the inquiry was received on the 19th instant and is now under consideration.
