Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Winchester Water and Gas Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: —That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  2. 2. That, in the case of the Barmouth Urban District Council Bill, Petition for leave to dispense with Standing Order 123 in the case of the Petition of 'David Ellis Davies' against the Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with."
