Friend in regard to the future of the permanent and temporary salaried officers employed in his Department are protests against proposals which he has not yet received. I can, however, assure the hon. Member that, if be should receive any proposals, he will give them his most careful consideration.
§ Mr. KELLYDoes that mean that any association of those employed in the Department will be allowed to consider any proposals before they become operative?
§ Sir W. COPEI am afraid I cannot answer that question. If my right hon. and gallant Friend receives any proposals he will consider them most carefully.
