§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI am not yet in a position to make any statement in the matter. A large number of resolutions dealing with the recommendations of the Special Commission have been introduced and debated in the, Legislative Council of Ceylon, and I must await a full report of the proceedings in the Council and also the considered views of the Ceylon Government in regard to them.
