§ Mr. AMERYI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply which gave on 25th June to the hon. Member for South Kensington (Sir W. Davison). The report of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council on the matters specially referred to them in connection with the payment of compensation under Article X of the Articles of Agreement has not yet been received.
