Mr. Speaker informed the House that he bad issued, during the Recess, Warrants for New Writs, namely:—

For the County of Gloucester (Cheltenham Division) in the room of the Right, Hon. Sir James Tynte Agg-Gardner, deceased.

For the County of Devon (Tavistock Division), in the room of Major Philip Percy Kenyon-Slaney, M. C., deceased.

For the Borough of Ashton-under-Lyne, in the room of Cornelius William James Homan, Esquire, adjudicated bankrupt.
