Mr. SPEAKER informed the House that he had received the following Certificate:—

Re Cornelius William James Homan, of Windsor House, Victoria Street, Westminster, in the County of London, financial adviser.

In the matter of the said Cornelius William James Homan, of Windsor House, Victoria Street, Westminster, in the County of London, financial adviser, a bankrupt.

It is hereby certified by this Court to the flight honourable the Speaker of the House of Commons that the said Cornelius William James Homan, being a Member of the Commons House of Parliament, was by an order made by this Court, on the 31st March, 1928, adjudged a bankrupt. And that, although six months have expired since the date of the said order of adjudication was made, the said order of adjudication hath not been annulled nor have the debts of the creditors who proved debts under the bankruptcy been fully paid or satisfied.
