§ Sir J. GILMOURAs regards the first two Reports I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave yesterday to the hon. Member for Kirkcaldy (Mr. T. Kennedy). The Annual Report of the Scottish Education Department for 1927 is now in the printers' hands and it is hoped that it will be published before the end of next week.
§ Mr. STEPHENCan the right hon. Gentleman give us an assurance that, if be is still Secretary of State for Scotland next year, which God forbid, he will have the Reports ready earlier?
§ Sir J. GILMOUREvery effort is made to produce the Reports as early as possible.
