HC Deb 26 March 1928 vol 215 c800
25. Sir W. SUGDEN

asked the Postmaster-General if the condition arising through the failure of telegraphic facilities in West Hartlepool is still being considered by him; and whether he proposes to take any action thereon?

The ASSISTANT POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Viscount Wolmer)

The working of the circuits between West Hartlepool and London has recently been giving trouble. Every endeavour is being made to eliminate defects and I hope that my hon. Friend will not have further cause to complain.
