§ Lord E. PERCYI have discussed with the authority provisional plans for the reorganisation of their schools, which, if adopted, would, I think, enable reductions in the teaching staff to be made; but no specific proposals have yet been submitted by the authority for my approval. There are five classes in the area with over 50 children on the roll.
