§ Sir J. GILMOURI have received a certain number of representations, but the Bill for England is not yet through this House?
§ Mr. BUCHANANWill the right hon. Gentleman be able to make any statement before the House adjourns at the end of this Session, as to the Government's intentions in regard to Scotland in this matter?
§ Sir J. GILMOURI suggest that a question might be put down at a later stage in the Session.
