asked the Minister of Pensions the total number of pensions granted to officers and men where the first claim to pension was submitted outside the statutory time limit of seven years?

In some 80 cases of the kind referred to a grant has been made.

Mr. BECKETT

Can the right hon. Gentleman tell us the total number of claims?

Major TRYON

No, Sir, we have not a record of the number of claims.
