HALLasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to the activities of Nathalal Jag Jivan Upadhyaya, a Bombay Brahmin and a member of the Indian Committee of the Minority movement, who is now in 1653 England engaged in fomenting revolutionary plots among coolie seamen; and whether it is proposed to allow Mr. Upadhyaya to remain in this country?
