61. Sir F. HALL
asked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to the activities of Nathalal Jag Jivan Upadhyaya, a Bombay Brahmin and a member of the Indian Committee of the Minority movement, who is now in 1653 England engaged in fomenting revolutionary plots among coolie seamen; and whether it is proposed to allow Mr. Upadhyaya to remain in this country?
§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKS
I am aware of the activities of this person; but I cannot at present say what action it may be found desirable to take.
