7. Mr. ROBINSON

asked the Secretary of State for War the accommodation in the quarter for commandant, Porton, being erected at a cost of £5,600; and when it is estimated that the building will be ready for occupation?

With the hon. Member's permission, I will circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT a statement of the accommodation. The quarter will, it is expected, be ready for occupation by the end of the year.

Following is the statement of the accommodation:

• 2 reception rooms.
• Study.
• 4 bedrooms.
• Dressing room.
• Servants' hall.
• 2 servants' bedrooms.
• Box room.
• 2 bathrooms.
• Kitchen.
• Scullery.
• Pantry, etc.
• Garage.
• Stables.
• The usual offices.

The cost covers external services.
