§ Mr. CHURCHILLI would refer my hon. Friend to page 81 of the Finance Accounts, 1925–26 (Command Paper No. 90); Article 7 of the French War Debt Agreement (Command Paper No. 2692) and Article 7 of the Italian War Debt Agreement (Command Paper No. 2580). Interest is not paid on these sums.
