asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what, on the assumption that the technical difficulties can be overcome, the cost would be to the Treasury of a similar concession being granted to voluntary contributors to the Pensions Act Fund in regard to Income Tax as that already enjoyed by compulsory contributors to the same fund?
