Mr. JOHNSTONasked the Lord Advocate whether, in view of the fact that a county licensing court has granted a seven-day licence for premises which do not provide for apartments for travellers as required by the Licensing Act, and in view of the recent statement of Chief Constable. Keith, of Lanarkshire, that such licence is illegal, he will draw the attention of licensing magistrates to the Statute governing seven-day licences?
