§ 8. Sir A. KNOXasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a special course on Indian revolutionary preparations is being given at the Moscow University for Eastern toilers; and, seeing that the institution of such a course constitutes a breach of the Anglo-Soviet Trade Agreement of 1921, what action does he propose to take?
§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINI have no information as to the special course mentioned by my hon. and gallant Friend, but I am aware of reports of students having been trained at the university in question for the purpose of revolution in India. The reports I have seen date, I think, from some time ago. As regards the second part of the question, I have at present nothing to add to my former answers.
