§ Lord E. PERCYThe Miners' Welfare Committee has allocated £12,000 for the establishment of a wing of the proposed technical institute at Hednesford, and £12,000 for the extension of the mining department at stoke-011-Trent. Additional equipment at the Dudley Technical College has been provided by the Committee at a cost of £500.
