Mr. ROBINSONasked the Secretary of State for War, seeing that many old soldiers have difficulty in obtaining employment between the ages of 60 and 65, if he will amend the Regulations governing the grant of special campaign pensions so that they may be payable from the age of 60 instead of, as at present, 65?
