Brigadier-General CHARTERIS(for Mr. WARDLAW-MILNE) asked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he has yet received a report, as a result of the visit to India of the superintendent of the "Worcester," on the proposed training ship for boys entering the mercantile marine to be stationed at Bombay?
§ Earl WINTERTONThe report has been received, and it has been decided to establish a training chip at Karachi. The training ship is expected to be in working order about six months hence.
