asked the Under-Secretary of State for India when it is anticipated that the new India, House in London will be completed?

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on the 9th May to the hon. Member for Rochdale (Mr. Kelly).

Has work been started on this building?

The hon. Member asks in his question when the work will be finished. That question I answered on the 9th May.

Can the Noble Lord say whether work has been started?
