§ 8. Mr. R. RICHARDSON (for Mr. SPOOR)asked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that in 1922 the Government of Bombay prepared a draft Bill in connection with the settlement of industrial disputes, to which the Government of India refused sanction on the ground that it was going to bring forward legislation for the whole of India; whether such legislation is under contemplation; and whether a Bill is likely to be introduced into the Legislative Assembly at some early date?
