Mr. CHAMBERLAINComplaints have been received and an investigation has been made. It is not proposed to publish any Report; what is required is to devise means of augmenting the water supply, and I am seeing what measures can be taken to this end.
§ Mr. T. WILLIAMSHas the right hon. Gentleman's Department considered the advisability of the national collection of this water?
