I beg to move, That the Order (23rd June) that all Petitions against the Ouse Drainage Bill presented on or before Tuesday, 5th July, he referred to the Committee, and that the Petitioners praying to be heard by themselves, their counsel, agents or witnesses be heard against the Bill, be suspended in the case of the Petitions of the Bury St. Edmunds Corporation and the Thingoe Rural District Council and of John Ashton Fielden against the Bill, and that the said Petitions be referred to the Joint Committee on the Bill, that the said Petitioners be heard by their counsel, agents or witnesses against the said Bill. This is merely a formal Motion to enable certain petitions to be heard. These petitions were put in in a printed form instead of being in manuscript.
