HC Deb 28 February 1927 vol 203 c27
45. Captain CROOKSHANK

asked the Prime Minister whether he will consider setting up a committee to inquire into the adequacy of the law to deal with modern methods of subversive and revolutionary propaganda in this country?

Captain HACKING

My right hon. Friend has asked me to reply to this question. The answer is in the negative. A matter of this kind is best considered by the Cabinet itself, with any necessary advice from the Law Officers of the Crown.
