asked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether he has considered the recommendations made by the Inter-Departmental Committee appointed to consider the effect on migration of schemes of social insurance that, as migrants have not taken advantage of the benefits to which they are entitled under the National Health Insurance Scheme, fuller information regarding this provision be given in the literature issued to intending settlers; and whether this is being given effect to?
