HC Deb 10 February 1927 vol 202 c258

asked the Minister of Pensions if he is aware that ex-Private, No. 260001, William John Annetti, 3, Commercial Square, Aberbeeg (Mon.), is suffering from chronic bronchitis due to gas poisoning; that this man has been in many hospitals and is totally disabled from the effects of gas poisoning, cardiac trouble, and trench feet; that his condition is certified by three medical men; that Annetti has no pension; and will he, under the regulations governing erroneous awards, have this man examined by a medical board with a view to granting him a pension in accordance with his disabilites due to war service?

I have called for a report on this case, and will communicate with the hon. Member when I am in a position to do so.
