asked the Minister of Labour the number of persons who received unemployment benefit and the amount disbursed in benefit in each of the months of August, September, and October; and, if this information is not available, will he furnish particulars for the last three convenient months?

Statistics of the number of persons who receive unemployment benefit in a particular month are not available. The amount expended in unemployment benefit was approximately as follows:
