§ Mr. H. WILLIAMS(by Private Notice) asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if, in view of the public importance of the contents, arrangements can be made for the issue at one penny, printed on cheaper paper, of the Memorandum on Labour Conditions in China?
Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONI cannot at the moment give any definite undertaking, but I will gladly consider the possibiltiy of issuing a cheaper edition of this Memorandum
