§ The SECRETARY of STATE for SCOTLAND (Sir John Gilmour)I have-been asked to reply. This matter has been very fully considered by the Postmaster-General and myself, and it has been decided that the advantages to be gained by arranging for a connection with the early train are not commensurate with the difficulties and the cost which such an arrangement would involve.
