HC Deb 07 April 1927 vol 204 cc2265-6
57. Mr. W. BAKER

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether his attention has been called to the issue on 31st March of eight important documents of great interest to large classes of the people; and whether, in order to secure adequate and widespread publicity, he will endeavour to secure greater coordination between Departments so that the publication of documents of first-class importance should not clash to this extent?

Mr. McNEILL

I agree as to the desirability of greater co-ordination, and I will see what steps can be taken to secure it. The hon. Member will, however, understand that many considerations have to be taken into account besides that of securing widespread publicity.
